On November 24, 2009, President Obama ordered the establishment of a \"Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues<\/a>\". It took one and half year for the commission to assemble<\/a>.<\/p>\n

On 8 May 2011 they organized a hearing in New York to hear the testimonies of some gang stalking victims. A part of this hearing is in this video<\/a>. After the hearing was done, it took the commission about two months to research and reach their conclusion. <\/strong>Finally on July 27, 2011 they send their absurd\u00a0findings to president Obama. And guess what they found: \"They found that they should keep their mouth shut<\/strong>\". This video that was made for TI day 2020 shows testimonies of people from different nationalities, ages, genders and colors.\u00a0 Some of them have a little story to tell, others just introduce themselves. This video is interesting for two major reasons:<\/span><\/p>\n

First, it shows the<\/span> recognition of gang stalking victims by Tokyo governor candidate <\/em><\/span>in summer of 2020<\/span><\/span>. He campaigned to require action on behalf of targeted individuals. His speech on organized stalking and electronic harassment was broadcasted on Japan national TV<\/a> (NHK). Also it shows the largest protest<\/a> ever made by victims of gang stalking till August 2020 (you can see this part of the video from minute 3:22 to 4:05).<\/span><\/p>\n

Second, there is an ex-victim<\/em> who claims that she was stalked for many years. Later she was immigrated to another country and since then<\/span> her stalking has been stopped<\/em><\/span>. This gives hope to other victims \"<\/span>the chance that stalking might stop, exist<\/em><\/span>\".<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

But this address doesn't work anymore. My guess for the absence of this document is that it contains names of multiple persons such as the one who owns the testimony and perpetrators who were\/are involved in this coordinated stalking.<\/p>\n

If I put the original document in this site the names will be available for everyone which may have consequences for me. Therefore I will censor the first few pages of this document and put their pictures bellow.<\/p>\n
