This page is not complete and all the content on this page is based on my own experiences and knowledge<\/span><\/h4>\n

Being a victim of gang stalking for almost four decades and talking to other TIs and investigating the facts about how the things are done has given me enough information to analyze stalkers methods and therefore guessing how their organization works but once again, these are my own speculation. My arguments are based on the following assumptions:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. This is a multipurpose program<\/strong>. There are three important factors in this program (number one to three, bellow).\u00a0 However, money and information are the most important ones, without these two factors the program would not exist at least not in this form. Some earn money or information while others spend money.\n
      \n
    1. Harassment<\/em><\/span><\/strong>, the initiator's wish. The one who has spent money to put you in the program and will continue to pay until the target is dead.<\/li>\n
    2. Research<\/em><\/span><\/strong>, companies<\/span> and institutes who are developing technologies and products which cannot legally be tested on humans. This group spend money but later they earn money with their built technologies and knowledge.<\/li>\n
    3. Merchandising<\/em><\/strong>,<\/span> pharmaceutical companies can be both spenders and earners. In any case their earning is always more than their spending. They too, can also be the initiators. If they spend money, it's either because they are initiators or they want to test a new drug, or something related to medicine. Otherwise, they are earners because their products are bought. We as TIs endure constant pain every day and almost all of us use many painkillers.<\/li>\n
    4. Satisfaction,\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/em>some stalkers are mentally sick. They get satisfaction by seeing people's suffering, act of vandalism, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    5. There are different groups (disciplines) cooperating with each other<\/strong>. Each group has its own agenda and takes care of a part of the program.<\/li>\n
    6. It's an international program with the same discipline everywhere<\/strong>. If you look at the map<\/a> of targets you notice that targets are almost spread all over the globe and if you read their stories, it's always the same (they are stalked in the same way).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Head of organization<\/em><\/strong><\/span>: I strongly believe that there is no single principal for this organization because first, it's multinational and multi discipline and secondly sometimes the interest of various groups in this structure conflicts. For example, in my case the one who has introduced me to this program wants to torture me to dead, but it conflicts the interest of the institutes which are using me as lab rat and want me alive for further experiments. Finally, some of the members of this organization are stronger and more important than the others (like DARPA) that they will never accept getting order from anyone else or reveal their information to others. On the other hand, there are countries that don't recognize some members of this organizations (like Iran who does not recognize DARPA, DoD or many other western's companies).<\/p>\n

      As said before, there are multiple organizations involved in this act. From government funded ones like DARPA, DoD, etc. to very daily normal people which have a minimum role in this act (like chasers: people passing on the street and saying or doing something that makes you realize that these people belong to GS<\/span><\/em>). I strongly believe that not all the people who work in this program know exactly what they are doing (harassing), but after a while they guess that things that they are told to do is related to a particular person. My guess is that less than a quarter of people involving in GS know the vicious aim of the program and the rest absolutely not. As an example, I know for sure that most of my neighbors are working for GS but most of them do minor stuff, like going out of their home exactly the moment when I come home<\/em><\/span>. Remember, the less people know about things the least chance that that thing get busted. Somehow these people do this job without asking question about why this act is needed to be done. The reason for these people may be money, national security, satisfaction <\/span><\/span> or God knows what else can make them cooperate.<\/p>\n

      Anyhow the first step to initiate this program for a new person is the following:<\/p>\n

      If the research result of evaluation team is positive, then the second stage begins. High probably that this team is dissolved after evaluation study. Once you become a target, you will stay target until your life is ended. Even if the initiator dies the program will continue.<\/p>\n

      Second Stage<\/h3>\n

      These three teams are the first and last teams of the program to begin and end their work.<\/p>\n

        1. Recruiters are in the beginning a large team but as harassment continues, their members shrink to a few workers and from start of harassment they stay mostly in the standby mode unless the victim moves to another place. They are responsible for recruiting all kind of people to work for the project.<\/li>\n
        2. Surveillance team are among the most active teams of the whole project. They are responsible to install, operate, replace, etc. all kinds of surveillance equipment in the victim's home, office, car, cellphone, computer and all other places and stuffs that a victim often use. The surveillance record will be kept on a server and is available for everyone (except for low level employees like chasers) in the program to refer to, extract data or compare situations, etc. After a few months of surveillance, when more than 99% of victim's moves are known to stalkers the actual harassment can begin.<\/li>\n
        3. Intel team gathers information about everyone who is a family, friend, colleague, neighbor, etc. of the victim.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          When the work of these team finishes, the actual harassment begins.<\/p>\n

          Final stage \u2192 Harassment<\/h3>\n

          Once one of these teams begins their work, then you begin to notice that something is going on, something is not right (above, I've named two examples about chasers and neighbors in red). One other task of the neighbors is to mess with your stuff at home (displacement and damaging).<\/p>\n

          Members <\/strong><\/span>of the organization<\/strong><\/span>: <\/span><\/em>list of the members contains vast number of companies and individuals which I roughly divide into the following:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

            1. Introducer: the one(s) who introduce an individual to put him\/her on this program. This person should be a very rich or very influencer or high-ranking person in community or member of a secret society like Illuminati<\/a>, White supremacy<\/a>, etc.<\/li>\n
            2. Investigators: investigates whether or not the introduced person can become a target. Some people are out of reach.<\/li>\n
            3. Recruiters: to hire people who have to do various jobs at the victim's residence, workplace and on the street.<\/li>\n
            4. Technical teams: these teams are divided into various software and hardware groups.\n
